 This is a slightly used Johnson MA-550 deluxe octave mandolin.  I took it on trade in and can't find a scratch on it.  Apparently it was a gift but the owner wasn't interested in it.  I will honor a two year warranty on this instrument (just print a copy of your PayPal payment or eBay auction.)

The new Deluxe Bouzouki and Octave mandolins feature improved looks, sound and playability. These mandolins come with an extra deep body that gives them a bigger sound with lots of bark. They have a gracefully shaped, offset double cutaway design to allow easy access to the upper frets.

These mandolins feature highly flamed maple back & sides with a chocolate brown finish. The bodies are bound in grained ivoroid with Abalone purfling. Other features include diecast tuning machines with a 16:1 gear ratio, a compensated rosewood bridge, and an ivoroid heal cap.
