Old Antique G. M. Angem Vintage Cuckoo Clock Germany

Offered is this old Cuckoo Clock Marked G.M. Angem Made in Germany on the inside of the clock, the outside wood is marked Made In Germany as is the face.  I am not sure if this is ready to work or not or if it needs some TLC, it does have both the hour and minute hands, the minute hand has been repaired and is barely attached, the bird inside and two weights and chains are included.  I can move the inside to make the diapragm move and make the "hoot" on both sides.  I am unsure how to set the clock and do not want to force anything. The clock is 8 3/4" long x 6" wide at the centers. The wood exterior is in excellent shape with a little dust.  The bird on the top has an eye.
