Mr. Kellogg was a member of the British Gynecological Society; the International Periodic Congress of Gynecology and Obstetrics; the British and American Associations for the Advancement of Science; the Societe d' Hygiene of France; the American Society of Microscopists; the American Medical Association; Superintendent of the Battle Creek (Mich.) Sanitarium; Author of the "Art of Massage"; etc., etc.

Published in Philadelphia - F. A. Davis Company - 1906 - Third Revised Edition.  Considered rare on the internet at present.

This copy is bound in red and gray cloth hardcover with slightly bumped corners and endspines.  Minor wear and slight soiling and fading on boards.  Interior is very clean and hinges are tight.  Consider in good plus condition for age.  Profusely illustrated with 293 illustrations (line drawings, engravings, tables, graphs, photographs and lithographs) - 19 in color.  Also contains a homemade natural leaf bookmark.
