This is an old advertising pencil for BISON OIL PRODUCTS in Buffalo, New York. It is Robins Egg Blue and is wooden. There is not currently any lead in this, but the turning mechanism seems to be working properly. There are cracks in the old blue paint. There is also an erasure on the end. This measures 5 1/2" long.
