You are looking at a 1981  The Doll Collection Special limited Edition of Old German Dolls DEAR GOOGLY collectors plate by Mildred Seeley.. Decorative plate only, not for eating off of.

Plate Measures 8 1/2  inches wide and almost 1 inch deep. Has Gold Trim around the edges. Plate number is 6218 out of 7,500. Plate is in MINT condition. No Chips, Scratches or marks of any kind. complete in the original box.
