Up for auction is a  pretty hatpin holder hand painted with pink wild roses by E. Beyer.  This is an old hat pin holder (not a reproduction).  It stands about 5 1/8" high and is in excellent condition--no chips, cracks or repairs.  It is bottom marked in green underglaze "Hand Painted, Prussia, Crown over B, Royal Rudolstadt".  The crown over B is the mark for Beyer & Bock, Volkstedt, Germany used from 1905-1931.
