Celluloid Button
U.S.S. Constitution "Old Ironsides"

This is an old celluloid button with picture of the the USS Constitution.  "Old Ironsides," a US Navy frigate, was christened on October 21, 1797 in Boston Harbor.  This is a souvenir buttons from sometime in the early part of the 1900's, according to the collector who owned it.  
The button measures approx. 1 1/4 inches in diameter.  It has a straight pin back.  There are no makers' marks or union labels on it.  

Buyer pays $2.50 for shipping & handling.  We do not ship internationally.
