For auction we have an old hand painted paper mache toleware tray. This fine antique tray measures 9½ by 16½ inches. The tray is a subdued black with floral artistry featuring brilliant colored flowers with intricate gold floral accents. The rim has additional fine gold accents. Stamped Japan on the back. Condition shows crazing and general vintage wear, especially around the rim.
