Hi, up for auction is this vintage CHISEL there seems to be numbers on copper or brass part of handle.

No markings that I can see,

it appears to be old and handle is wood with some kind of tape over the handle.

THIS LOOKS PRETTY RUFF BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WAS A FAVORITE TOOL.

Chisel is 5 1/2" long from tip of blade to end of handle, by 5/16" wide.

There is a nice sharp Edge, and tip is at an angle.

I would guess this is good for smoothing corners
