Is this neat Old Picture.

It looks to be an old Hand Tinted photograph.

I dont know where it is.

But it is very neat looking.

Water scene with a

 Nice mountain terrain in the back ground.

It is under glass.

Hard to get good pictures because of the glare.

Has an Idaho Sticker on the back.

So could be the from this area. 

But?

And is signed by the Artist.

I took a close up of the signature.

I cant read the name.

Thought someone might.

It measures 17" x 20 1/2"

Including the Frame.

Neat picture.
