It measures 8"x12"x12" in diameter. Besides the beautiful craftwork of presenting a 16th Century style Atlas in a parchment detail wold map of the time, its surface is protected by a rich and high-gloss finish. The Globe is mounted in a gold colored heavy brass four legged stand. And finally sits atop a integral glass topped compass that continues to lend the entire peice authenticity of the era.
