Condition

BOOKS: Most of my Books are used (In a very usable condition), so I therefore do not give give a description as to condition unless it is in a fair to poor condition. I consider Fair condition to have some tears, staining, lot of highlighting or writing. Poor condition would have the same as fair, but may also be seperating from the spline, etc.  If you are concerned about condition (such as highlighting, writing tears,etc),  please email and I will more than happy to give a detailed description.

NONBOOK ITEMS: If electronics, I do gurantee not to be DOA, that is the item will power up unless otherwise stated in the item description. Other items I give as accuate description as possible, but encourage questions.

Returns

Returns are allowed on most items.  If the item description states AS IS, returns are not accepted - ADDITIONAL TERMS  will be stated in the item description. Examples of non-returnable items: Software, DVD's, CD's, items new in package (that have been opened), Electronics that are not DOA, unless otherwise stated. Please read listings carefully and ask questions.

If an item is returned Shipping is not refundable and shipping back to seller is the Buyer's responsibility. You will need to email me within 3 days of recieving the item that you would like to return and the item must be shipped back within 7 days of  recieving it.
