• All NEW products may be returned for manufacturers defects as long as there is a written email or letter from the manufacturer stating that the product is defective and (does not include liquid damage, physical abuse, or damage caused after customer use) within 7 days of delivery to you in a complete package with ALL items received by you or as stated in the auction contents area above. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return for exchange or credit. 
• Reconditioned tools come with a manufacturers warranty only and do not go back to the place of purchase even if defective out of the box, each manufacturer has Factory owned and authorized warranty centers setup all across the US. If you need to find out where the closest warranty center is to you prior to purchase please email your city, state and zipcode and I will let you know the closest warranty center to you.
• All products that are received with missing parts or accessories will be mailed immediately upon our receipt of an email with your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and phone number along with a description of the missing item(s).
• Any package that is authorized for return by The Utter Guys must have the issued RMA # clearly written on the outside of the return package in order for us to accept it and process it. Any package that is delivered to us with out the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the packaging will unfortunately not be accepted in order to limit the amount of lost and misplaced goods. This policy is for the protection of our customers.
• Any problems with hardware beyond our 7 business day return policy must be taken up with the manufacturer and/or carrier/network operator. The contact information to most manufacturers and carriers/network operators is listed in our Manufacturer Info section located below.
• All returns that have not been authorized, such as: No One Home, Wrong Address, Package Refusal, Unclaimed, No Signature, etc. will be subject to a re-stocking / return fee of ALL S&H fees associated with the auction.

• All of the auctions listed by The Utter Guys clearly states what is is included with the item you are purchasing. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to make sure that these are in the box upon opening and setting up.  Any returns for such reason will be subject to a re-stocking / return fee

• All winning bidders will be obligated to complete any and all transactions under eBay’s policies and guidelines associated with any auction. We can not prevent you from bidding or buying multiple items so we ask that you pay close attention to how many products you are bidding on or buying, as you will be responsible for the payment of all items won on eBay.
• All of our prices are disclosed plainly and clearly in all of our auctions. If you are at all unsatisfied with any cost associated with any item please do not bid or buy.
• If you purchase a item with us and decide that you do not want the product before or after it ships you will be charged a 10% fee for not finalizing the purchase.
• All of our auctions run from 10 - 30 days this gives you plenty of time to compare prices, so there is no refunding the difference if you find the item at a lower after you purchase the product.
