There is a 5-business-day wait time for in-state (CA) checks to clear and 10-business-day wait time for out-of-state checks

Buyers are given 7 days from winning bid to pay, and payment is expected of all winning bidders

If no payment is made within 7 days, an unpaid item reminder will be filed with eBay, and the item may be re-listed for sale at seller's option (buyer forfeits the auction win)

SHIPPING:

Shipping is available to US 50 states and Puerto Rico only.
International shipping, and shipping to APO/FPO or US territories, is not available.
Local pickup is not available.
All items must be shipped using our shipping account, we don't use anyone else's account to ship items.
Most items are shipped USPS, so PO boxes are fine as a shipping address, and there are no extra charges to AK, HI, or PR.
Items will normally ship within 2 business days from the date of receipt of payment for your item to ship (but most items will ship the next business day).
Shipping insurance is optional, and will protect your package in the unlikely event of it being lost or damaged by the carrier (USPS or Fedex)
Combined shipping: take $3 off shipping for each auction won after the first, if the items are paid for together.

WARRANTY:

Auction items are guaranteed to arrive working, they come with 7-day DOA warranty.

7 days should be adequate time to try out an item - if you want an optional extended warranty (2 years), it's available through SquareTrade.

7-day DOA means email us within 7 days of receipt of item if the item isn't working correctly, and we'll replace it once the item is returned.
If a replacement isn't available, a full refund, including shipping & handling charges, will be given
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped, with all included items - returning the item damaged or dismantled will void the warranty
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
