Bound / Conditions / Summary: Spotting and edge tears to d/jacket. Light edge wear to covers; binding is firm and interior pages are unblemished and sharp. Cover and d/jacket with identical decoration; tissue guard protects bright illustration opposite title page; there are a total of 3 full page color illustratons. Pages have fancy gilt decorated boarders throughout. Very good hardcover (5 3/4 x 7-43 numbered pages) in worn, but complete dust jacket. The soldier returning from the Holy War came to his old home and thought that the joy of reunion with his sister Millicent was to be his. But it turned out otherwise...Inspirational religious theme.
