AK/PR/HI and US Territories:
- If your confirmed PayPal address is in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Territory you must use the USPS shipping rate to cover the extra shipping costs involved.

Returns:
- Factory defective items and or shipping damage is rare, however it can happen in any business.

- If at that point the item is deemed defective please use contact seller feature in ebay within 7-10 days
- Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your ebay name and we will gladly issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an EXCHANGE of the same item.
- Beyond the above time frame please contact the respective manufacturer’s technical support.
- It is the client’s responsibility to return the item to us; we will cover the cost to send a replacement.
