You are bidding on a Brand New Optical Auto Refractor Phoropter Chart Projector with FDA and CE approvals. This is one of the most professional Auto Phoropter in the market. It has been sold in the European market for over 10 years and received FDA certification in 2007. This Auto Phoropter include the Vison Tester, Keyboard and Auto Chart Projector. Optical Unit (Chair, Arm Light and Table) is not include.

This Auto Refractor Phoropter is divided into main body and keyboard. And for the keyboard, it haves two parts: the color LCD 10"2 touch-controlled screen and the buttons. You just need to press one button to start the test. Memory system is included, it stores all the testing process you setup before. You just need to press one key, and then all will start and finish automatically. If you have any problems or questions on how to operate the machine, just press the HELP key, and then the machine will tell you how to go forward on the screen. The Auto Chart Projector also can be controlled by the keyboard.

• Returns Must Be Coordinated - Contact Comewithstyle via email for a return authorization number (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA# will be returned to the sender COD.
• Returns Must Be Re-packaged in Original Shipping Materials - The items must be returned in the original packing material and received in "like new" condition. Using other packing may result in a 15% reduction in the refund.
• Instruments Must Be Received in New Condition - Instruments showing marks, such as scratches and dents, etc., due to usage will not be acceptable for refund or have at least 20% deducted from the refund.
• After 7 Days - Returns may be accepted up to 30 days after the "7 Day Return Policy" deadline but will automatically have a 15% re-stocking fee assessed. All other terms and conditions listed above also apply. Returns after 30 days are not permitted.
• If your item is damaged during shipping, please report these damages to the shipping company responsible and request a damage claim number and forward it to us. Please also take pictures of the damages and email them to us. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package(s). Upon receipt of the claim #, we will ship your replacement items.
• If you receive a wrong item, please take a picture of the item and email it to us. Upon confirmation, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for the return. Once this item is return-shipped we will immediately ship you the correct item.Please note, any claim after 10 days of receipt will be handled as a warranty issue.
