This auction is for a certificate for one (1) Optiquest Q7 Power Supply repair/exchange After purchase you will receive instructions on how to send your unit to us for repair.
You will only send the power supply board, not the entire monitor.
Unit will be fully refurbished and load tested, normal turn-around is 1-2 business days.(M-F) Price at checkout includes the return shipping and handling fee, No further charges !
You
are paying for certificate/coupon, sent via Electronic Delivery via
EBay to your EMail address you have registered with EBAY, with
instructions on how to send your board to us for repair. The cost of
this certificate covers repair and return shipping via Priority
Mail. If you buy this and do not send your board in, you still have
the certificate which is what you paid for, we do not issue refunds
for this after purchase if you do not redeem your certificate.
Please make sure you understand this before you purchase. If you do somehow purchase this in error, we will work with you, but only for 5 days after purchase. Please do not come back to us 30+ days after purchase and ask for your money back.
Note: Please make sure your board looks EXACTLY like the one pictured.
If it looks different, we may have problems repairing it due to lack of parts availability. If we receive a board that is different than the one pictured on this listing, we will try to repair it, we can likely be successful.
If we are unable to repair it, we will return the unrepaired board and refund the purchase price minus the shipping charge and minus a $10 bench labor fee. (We have to make a little bit for our time, we hope you understand) We will notify you first and if you do not wish to have the board returned, we will also refund the shipping charge.

Please note that this certificate is only redeemable for repair of a board that has not already been worked on before.
If you or someone has tried to unsuccessfully repair your board already, contact us before
you purchase. If we receive a board that has been already worked on
and/or is physically damaged, it may be returned un-repaired and no
refund will be issued.
90 day Warranty
Repair
Services come with a 90 day warranty for your power supply board ONLY.
Warranty does not cover any other component in your monitor, understand
that if your monitor still does not work, we have repaired your power
supply and that you have another problem in your monitor. We will
retest the board for no charge for warranty, if it has failed, we will
repair and return at our expense, and refund up to $4 in postage costs
to buyer. If board is not defective upon warranty return, buyer will be
responsible to pay any return shipping charges. If we receive your
power supply for initial repair and it is not defective, we will
contact you and let you know, normally we refund the cost of the
repair, less $5 return shipping and a $10
test/handling fee.
Warranty does not
cover physical damage/breakage or failure due to improper installation
or failure due to power surges or any damage on AC input side of unit.
Item must be returned in original packaging and under terms specified in return policy below.

EBAY no
longer allows us to offer you a choice of if you want to insure an item or not,
we think this is unfair but there is nothing we can do.Instead of forcing you
to pay for insurance as part of the shipping against your will, we no longer
offer shipping insurance for our shipments, and for lost items, we will refund
the amount paid, however will not cover replacement cost if a unit that is
lost.
If an
item is damaged in shipping, it will be the buyers responsibility to return the
item, at their cost, and we will try to repair it. If we can not repair it, we
will refund the original amount paid and the item will be scrapped
locally. If the buyer wants the damaged item returned, they will be
responsible for return shipping cost, usually $5.
Note
that items confirmed as delivered will not be considered lost, buyer is
responsible for security at their delivery location.
