This auction is for a certificate for one (1) Optiquest Q9 Power Supply repair/exchange
After purchase you will receive instructions on how to send your unit to us for repair.
Unit will be fully refurbished and load tested, normal turn-around is 1-2 business days.(M-F)
Price at checkout includes the return shipping and handling fee, No further charges !
Note: Please make sure your board looks EXACTLY like the one pictured.
If it looks different, we may have problems repairing it due to lack of parts
availability. If we receive a board that is different than the one pictured on
this listing, we will try to repair it, we can likely be successful.
If we are unable to repair it, we will return the unrepaired board and
refund the purchase price minus the shipping charge and minus a $10
bench labor fee. (We have to make a little bit for our time, we hope you
understand) We will notify you first and if you do not wish to have the
board returned, we will also refund the shipping charge.
If your board looks different, PLEASE contact us before you purchase this service
90 day Warranty
Repair Services come with a 90 day warranty. Warranty does not cover physical damage/breakage or
failure due to improper installation or failure due to power surges or any burn damage on input side of unit.
Item must be returned in original packaging and under terms specified in return policy below.
Should an item be lost in shipping back to you we will provide a replacement power supply if available,
or refund the total cost you paid for this auction, including up to $4 for your shipping cost.
Note that items shown as delivered will not be considered lost, buyer is responsible for security at their delivery location.
