Chainsaws.com domain name auction terms of sale are as follows:

* Chainsaws.com domain name is being auctioned to the highest bidder with a reserve price of $325,000 US and a buy it now price of $395,000 US.

Should these terms of sale come into conflict with those of escrow.com or any other party involved in this transaction then these terms of sale control. The winning bidder agrees to pay the winning bid amount through an escrow account at escrow.com should bidder elect to use escrow services.

Buyer/Bidder agrees that seller must receive the full amount of funds due seller within seven days of the auction ending or the results of the auction are null and void unless seller elects to enforce the contract made as a result of the winning bid. Buyer agrees to bear all collection costs incurred by seller in the event that buyer fails to deliver funds withing 30 days and buyer elects to enforce the bid. Buyer agrees that in the event that seller does not receive funds due within the seven days then the winning bidder will no longer have any claim to the domain name registration and will have no claim against any parties to this auction, unless seller at its sole option provides an extension of time. Seller is under no obligation to provide extensions of time, which can only be made, in writing by seller.

Upon successful auction:
Winning bidder (Buyer) will notify Seller of the following information through the ebay interface
a. Fax number
b. Contact name
c. Phone number
d. New registrant name and address for whois update
e. Buyer’s election of form of payment 1) direct wire 2) escrow.com 3) PayPal

Each form of payment has is own set of instructions; There are three:

1.direct wire
a. If buyer elects to pay seller by direct wire, then seller will provide wire instructions via the fax number provided by buyer. Once the winning bid amount is wired to sellers account then seller will begin the TRANSFER PROCESS detailed below within 24 hours.

2. escrow with escrow.com
a. Buyer will take steps necessary to complete escrow.com processes. Buyer and Seller agree to an inspection period of one day. The one day inspection period is limited to verification that the new whois information for the domain name matches Buyer’s registrant name and address provided to escrow.com by buyer.

b. Buyer will fund escrow.com account with full amount based upon auction results including escrow fees.

c. buyer agrees that the one day inspection period is for whois verification only. Buyer further agrees not to put any content on Chainsaws.com nor monetize Chainsaws.com domain traffic until Seller has received all funds due seller.

d. Once whois reflects the registration name provided by buyer to escrow.com then escrow.com is instructed by these terms of sale to immediately release escrow funds to seller.

3. PayPal
a. If Buyer chooses PayPal as its elected form of payment, then buyer agrees that Chainsaws.com domain name will not be transferred to the name of Buyer until after funds due seller are wired to sellers bank account. Once seller has secured payment then within 24 hours seller will begin the TRANSFER PROCESS. Any inspection will be that same as detailed under the escrow.com instructions above.

TRANSFER PROCESS:
Seller will take all necessary actions to transfer the domain name registration to the name of Buyer once the funding requirements have been met. Once buyers registrant information is reflected in whois, then delivery by seller will be complete.

REPRESENTATIONS OF SELLER:
The seller makes no representations with respect to Chainsaws.com domain name other than the
seller has the full authority to transfer the domain name registration to the winning bidder, and that the registration has never been the subject of litigation or any third party claims.
