I use premium quality materials and each handle is stress tested for durability. If you are not completely satisfied with the mallets, you may return them within 10 days for an exchange or refund.
About Smith Mallets: 20 years ago I began making mallets while in college for myself as a hobby and also because name brand mallets are so very expensive. After a short time my fellow percussionist friends wanted me to make mallets for them which led to the start of "Smith Mallets". My business was marketed solely by word-of-mouth and in time the mallets made their way into the hands of students at many Colleges and Universities all over the country.
What's different about Smith Mallets? Thanks to eBay, I am able to sell direct to you the customer very high quality mallets at a low price. Other name brand mallets sold through retail stores have been marked up 2 or 3 times by the time you purchase them. I am directly accessible for questions and I'm happy to work with you on custom orders.
Low International Shipping Rates offered through the US Postal Service. Items are usually delivered within 7-14 business days (sometimes a little longer depending on where you are). Faster delivery is available upon request. Please ask for a shipping quote.
US Shipping is done through the United States Post Office. I use USPS Priority mail unless another method is requested. Most Items will be delivered within a week or so of your payment. However, it could take a little longer depending the size of your order and over all order volume. You will receive an email with shipping information from the US Post Office after the shipping label is printed.
Combined Item Shipping: I will gladly ship items together to save on shipping cost. Please contact me for a shipping quote. I can also send a combined invoice after you have purchased your items (Do not pay right away with PayPal until you receive the invoice).
