 You will receive One Half Pound- approx. 7,000 seeds of cleaned Certified Organic Wheat Berries that are ready for planting and easy to grow.

Wheat Grass is full of vitamins and essentials for a healthy diet and very easy to grow. Simply use organic potting soil found at your local nursery, fill a container about 2-3 inches deep, sprinkle the Organic Wheat on top of the soil, lightly cover with additional soil, mist with water and place in your window. Remember to keep the soil moist each day. You will start to see sprouts within two days and within five days you will have growth as seen in the picture above.

After about 7 days the Organic Wheat Grass is ready for Juicing for the best nutritional boost ever. Research has shown the benefits of drinking wheat grass juice can help lower cholesterol, increase anti-oxidants in your system, and as a result, help you fight colds and flu.
