Simply use organic potting soil found at your local nursery, fill a container about 2-3 inches deep, sprinkle the Organic Wheat on top of the soil, lightly cover with additional soil, mist with water and place in your window. Remember to keep the soil moist each day. You will start to see sprouts within two days and within five days you will have growth as seen in the picture above.
