 Antique Cast Iron Wood Stove Finial..


antique cast iron and metal wood stove finial free date original
  Hello, and welcome to my auction for a fantastic, antique cast iron pot belly stove finial.  Great casting nothing broken or missing, the swivel peg is still intact and correct. Top metal part is rusty but very solid and correct. Cast iron base appears to have original paint and the underside is forged with,, Ivy Moss Fern Holly 25-28. I did have to guess on a couple of letters would be easier to read if you took a wire brush to it.  Screws and blots rusty but everything turns and I will take the top piece off to ship, as seen in last picture.This piece is in an untouched, as found condition, would clean up nice and make a great center piece or door stop. If you have any questions don't  hesitate to ask, and if you have any answers please to tell and I will pass along. More pictures below....
