Payment Policy

• PayPal: (Paypal accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Discover,etc.)
• Payment should be completed within 7 (SEVEN) days of auction closing. Or Cancel Order Request will be opened for closing auction.

Your shipping address must match your PayPal address. Due to Paypals policies we can not change your shipping address. We are also unable to change the address after payment.

Ship to worldwide via USPS, and only ship to confirmed Paypal Shipping Address.Please check your shipping address carefully before checkout, it can't be changed if order completed.

Order Processing Time
Erain requires up to 2 business days to process your order. Another extra 3-7 business days if the item is out of stock , we ship with signature confirmed if item value more than $10 and no tracking number if item value is less then $20. The item lost, only consider if you don't receive in 20 days after you order.

Shipping insurance is highly recommended for high value items as we are not responsible for any shipping loss/damage if occurred . Buy insurance YOU'LL BE WORRY -FREE.

• Please NOTE we are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged during freight unless there is Shipping Insurance. Although all orders will be packed in a professional manner, shipping insurance is highly recommended due to fragile nature of products.
• As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.
• Please allow 5 business days for delivery to US destinations on any eBay orders and 14 business days for delivery to any International destinations. We highly recommend our buyer choose priority/express mail for international delivery which is much more stable and safe.
• We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery ,including customs postage checking, strike, force majeure etc.
• Do not provide local pick up service.

Warranty

• If manufacturer warranty is mentioned in our listing and if you have problems with the proper functioning of the device, you may contact the Manufacturer directly.
• If only warranty is mentioned, it may means a third party warranty or a Distributor's warranty. Such warranty issues will be handled through the Seller.
• If warranty is not mentioned in our listing, it means it is not available for the given item.

Return & Refund

• Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.
• We will however offer a replacement if the item we send you is defective on delivery (DOA) if we are notified within 48 hours after delivery. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. MAKE SURE TO TEST THE ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS ONCE IT IS RECEIVED, EVEN IF THE ITEM IS A GIFT!. Returns are accepted for a replacement (exchange only).
• Item must return in 15 days range (after RMA# issue) Returns must have all original packaging and accessories, or are in unsellable condition are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will be charged an additional restocking fee at our discretion or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. If a suitable replacement will not available when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchange or warranty service.
• Units returned and found not to be defective or not the same our record will be returned at buyer's expense. If item differs from listing condition. The items return must be the same condition we sent out. The items ship back : must insure the items and have a signature confirmed as we are not responsible for any loss items, we are unable to refund to you unless receiving the items.
• If buyer returns without proper authorization or for reasons other than a defective item (like non-compatibility issues or just remorse) .or If a package is returned to our warehouse undelivered for any reason by our shipping ( refused or returned to us for any reason ). ,and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you , we will refund the total amount , less a 20% restocking fee and the shipping charges
• For refurbished and used items ,Returns will not be accepted for cosmetic condition. If you feel a mistake was made in the description, photos will be required. Returns will not be accepted due to low battery life. Batteries are consumables and run-time is dependent upon many factors.
• If the box is unopened, we will refund your original purchase price, however, we do not refund any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be given after we receive the product only , the buyer pay for shipment
• If the box is opened & not defective, we will refund your original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.In addtion, we do not refund any shipping fees incurred .Refunds will be given after we receive & test the product only , the buyer pay for shipment (eLec Payless will apply an addtional charge if the items crash, small damage ...etc).
