This is an original hand drawn and colored production cel from a Pink Panther cartoon. It has the original hand drawn pencil sketch on white paper, a background and the full color cel. Size is about 11" x 13" and we will include a certificate of authenticity. These sell for up to $295 each in galleries and on the web and many of those do not include the pencil sketch. Buyer to include $20 for shipping, packing and insurance. Shipping to Canada is $30. TX residents add 8.75% sales tax. I accept paypal, checks and money orders.
