Shipping

We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your payment. We insure all of our packages.

International

If you're outside the US, you must email us before bidding - we may be able to ship to your country. We will add you to our "accepted international bidders" list if we can ship to you.

Returns

If you wish to return your item, you must email us within 3 days of receipt of item and ship within 3 days of that via the same carrier we used and packaged well. (Please insure, as we insured the package - and this protects you.) When we receive it back, we will confirm it is as we shipped it to you and will refund upon our confirmation.

This is an original digital painting I did, based on an acrylic painting I created. (This one took as much time to create, just less water!) This is printed on a heavy glossy poster paper which measures 11x17", including a 1/2 margin on each side. I will sign your print prior to shipping it.

GOing1nce LLC is me - Sally Milo, with a bit of assistance from my partner, Kyle Bennett.

I have been a graphic designer since the days when "cut & paste" meant using an Exacto knife & rubber cement or melted wax. In 1990, I met my first Macintosh & learned how to cut & paste electronically & draw with a mouse. I've been an illustrator since I held my first crayon. And I've loved drawing & designing since!

Early in 1999, my friend asked me to set up & manage his eBay auctions. In the spring of '03, I started selling items for local individuals & businesses as an eBay Trading Assistant. I became a PowerSeller on my own in my first 3 months and was recognized on eBay in September, 2003, as PowerSeller of the Month. My other eBay passions are posting on the Community discussion boards (places EVERY eBayer should visit regularly!), helping others to use Blackthorne, both on the Blackthorne boards and via the sales of my training & Quick Start Guide and being a member of eBay's Voices of the Community.
