"Tiger Cat"

A detailed hand printed  hand colored etching of  a serious tiger cat in the folk art style!

 

 The image is printed from a plate which has been etched and engraved by Rachel Badeau.  The plate is then inked, wiped and pulled through a hand cranked press for each impression.

She has added subtle color with watercolor and prismacolor pencils.

 

This etching is approx.  5 " x  7"

The paper is Rives acid free.

It is number 87 in the edition of 300.

Rachel has been a professional artist for over thirty years.  Her work has been sold in stores and galleries across the US and abroad.

She also offers unique jewelry, ornaments,  giclee prints and clocks on ebay.
