This was an idea I got from browsing at the county fairs. This is completely done out of my own imagination. The only refference I used was that of a photograph I took of a black horse two years ago at the Hillsdale county fair. No matter what fair you go to, you will always see pretty blue, white, red, grand champion,and showmanship ribbons decorating the horse stalls and animal pens. This horse apparently won first place in one of his competition classes.

This painting is done in oils. It is painted on an 11x14 premium quality flat canvas panel. The panel is acid free, and double primed for all mediums.

This painting will come with a certificate of authenticity signed by me Janelle Dixon, as well as signed and dated on the front and back.

Self-Representing Artists

	I am an artist that works and paints strictly out of my own home. I raise rabbits, and pigeons. I also have two cats, a cockatiel, a Quaker parrot, and some fish. I can paint commissioned pet portraits upon request (see ebay store, or EBSQ profile for more details). I have shown my art all over my county in the past, including our county fair. I also show at the St. Joe County, and hillsdale county fairs every year. A lot of my work is painted to compete and show. I have won several best in shows, and honorable mentions from showing at the county fairs. My art has been sold to, and collected in other counties as well as the US. I am also a member of the Branch County art guild, a large group of artists in the southern part of Michigan that is dedicated to showing and promoting original works of art. I have exhibited my art through them at the tibbitts opera house, and various other locations in the past. Our group even painted a mural in downtown Coldwater MI, of which I was very actively involved in. I am also EBSQ certifified and participate in alot of their online art shows. Each of my paintings comes with its own EBSQ certificate of authenticity, signed by me.
