Technically, this is a Orion Apex 127mm, turned into StarMax.  The difference between the two was the mount, but now this is nearly identical with the addition of the Orion Astroview (EQ-3) mount. 

This telescope is in very good shape.  The optics are excellent as you can see in the pictures, almost pristine.  With the RA single-axis tracking you can keep an object in the eyepiece for quite a long time, hours if you align to north carefully.

This telescope is a great starter scope, add a low power eyepiece, a barlow and you are good to go.
