The home has 4 bedrooms. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Full size bed in bedroom #2. There are 2 Twin beds in each bedroom #3 & #4 and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. The home sleeps up to 10, has 2 full bathrooms, a covered patio, and a screened in swimming pool with optional heating.

Located 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney in a residential community with tennis court, children's playground and community pool. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. Has a washer/dryer. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the family room. Standard cable is provided. Fully air conditioned. The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in time is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. If needed, 24 hour emergency help from our management company is a phone call away. You get over 1700 sq. ft. of living space, compared to the average hotel room of approximately 300 sq. ft. for only $80.00 per night. There is a 5 night minimum rental.

Optional pool heating is $20.00 per night including tax with a 5 night minimum.
