Located 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney in a residential community with tennis court, children's playground and community pool. Fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels etc. Has a washer/dryer.
There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the family room.
Standard cable is provided. Fully air conditioned. The house will be
professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Check in time is 4 PM and
checkout is 11 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. If needed, 24 hour
emergency help from our management company is a phone call away. You
get over 1700 sq. ft. of living space, compared to the average hotel
room of approximately 300 sq. ft. for only $85.00 per night Plus 12%
tax.
