The house is non smoking and sorry we do not allow pets. Tthe week that is available: Oct 31st- Nov 7th Check in to your vacation home would be after 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and your departure would be before 11:00am on the last morning. The home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. However please leave it as neat as possible.

The house has central air and heat for the chilly mornings.

Welcome to this a beautiful four bedroom home with 2 and a half baths on the a spacious corner lot is Lake Davenport Estates.

This home has a very large wonderful pool.

On the main floor there is a large family room with cable tv, dvd and vcr.

Also there is a formal living room with a hideabed and also dining room

The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bath has a garden tub and large shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave, dishes, appliances, silverware and pans.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two have a set of twin beds.

There is an additional half bath and laundry area with washer, dryer and iron and ironing board.

The pool is 3 foot deep on the shallow end with stairs and 6 foot deep on the deeper end. The pool is lighted for nighttime swimming. It can also be heated for an additional $150 for the week.
