AAAAA Quality
LostGolfBalls AAAAA / 1st quality golf balls are the best golf balls in the marketplace. The AAAAA balls are like new, will have a consistent color and a glossy shine. You will not find any X-Outs or Practice balls in our AAAAA balls. These balls are what we would like call "One Hit Wonders" where it was hit into the water off the first tee.

AAAA Quality
LostGolfBalls AAAAA / 2nd quality golf balls are the best value golf balls you can find online. The AAAA balls might have a minor imperfection but it will not affect the performance of your game. You will not find any X-Outs or Practice balls in our AAAA balls. These balls are similar to a new ball after being played for 3 holes.

AAA Quality
Slightly scuffed or blemished balls that may have minor discoloration. You will find a few good quality X-Outs or Practice balls. It will probably look like a ball when you go to the back 9.

AA Quality
LostGolfBalls AA / 4th quality golf balls are appropriate for range or green practice and usually bear more imperfections than balls in "AAA Quality". It might include X-Outs or Practice balls. This ball has probably survived 18 holes.

When will my order be shipped?
We make every effort to process your order the same day once we receive your payment clears. Orders received prior to 8am Mon-Fri (CST) are usually shipped the same day. Any orders processed after 8 am are usually shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

What are the shipping options?
We strive to provide the lowest cost of shipping method for our customers. We provide two shipping options.

UPS Ground shipping
You have an option to select UPS Ground if you live in the lower 48 U.S. states. Please note that UPS will not deliver to APO and P.O. Boxes. UPS Ground comes with insurance and tracking. We will not utilize UPS for international shipping as it is cost prohibitive for our customers.

USPS (United States Postal Service)
We offer USPS Priority Mail® and Priority Mail® International shipping options. Hawaii, Alaska, APO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail®. All International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail® International and they will ship to over 190 countries. All USPS packages will come with package tracking and notification.

When will my order arrive?

We ship from Houston, Texas and depending on your location:-
- UPS Ground will take 1-5 business days.
- U.S. Domestic Priority Mail® will take 2-3 business days.
-Priority Mail® International will take 6-10 business days.

Do you collect duties, tariffs or fees?
We do not collect duties, tariffs or fees for U.S. addresses. For international addresses, we are not responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local agency.

Do you collect taxes?
We do not collect taxes in U.S. other than a Texas, United States address. For international addresses, we are not responsible for any taxes imposed (if any) by your government or local agency.

Do your ship to P.O Boxes or APO?
Yes we do, we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail®.

What if I want to return a product?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to request a UPS return call tag. A full refund (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued once the product is received. New golf equipment must be returned in new condition unless defective or covered by manufacturer's warranty.
