Direct from England, an exquisite antique carved oak table or server.  Extensive, ornate hand carvings, both raised and relief carving, provide ornamentation for almost every surface, from the highly raised table back, to the frieze and completely down the legs!!

The table has a hidden side drawer on the left, which hints as its use as a buffet or server.  Certainly in today’s home it would make a grand statement piece in any room…from the foyer to the dining room, kitchen to the family room as well as a stunning office piece!!

The table/server is SOLID oak, well constructed by craftsmen of the period, with a rich dark finish, deepened by age with a stunning aged patina.

MEASUREMENTS:

40 ½”H x 40 ½” x 16 ½”;

30 ¼” height to top of table surface.

All of my antiques are hand selected from premier European shippers.  I do not purchase in bulk, but prefer to individually purchase the items, with each piece selected for its unique characteristics and quality.

CONDITION:

  The table is in good condition, structurally sound and visually appealing with normal signs of age and use, scratches, dings, and other imperfections.  The finish is very dark with age, with worn and rubbed spots, as to be expected.  The table top has seams where the wood planks were joined…again, as to be expected.

 Professional packaging, shipping and insurance on this item will be $225.00 (lower 48 states only), due to the large size, which will require UPS FREIGHT shipment.  All my antique furniture is professionally prepared for shipment by UPS, with customized foam packaging and wooden crates when necessary,  fully insured and delivered curbside directly to your home!!!!  (NOTE:  I do not use bus delivery or terminal to terminal service….the rates may be lower but their shipping damage rate is MUCH higher!!) 

FREE local pick-up in Shreveport, Louisiana is also available to buyers in the area.  Please email for arrangements (Louisiana sales tax will apply on items picked up in Shreveport).
