We will assign you a return authorization number and arrange for pick up. Item will be exchanged within 10 days of your pick up request. DO NOT SHIP THE BED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns of non-defective product are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
