     All items are Brand New, Not Refurbished, Items are guaranteed against DOA (Dead-on-Arrival).

    Items come bulk packaged to help keep the cost down, we put the savings straight into your pocket.

    If an item arrives DOA it must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.

    Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.

    Return Policy:   

     If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, You must notify us within 3 days, for a replacement item.
    If replacement is not avail, we will provide a full refund.

    If the goods are not defective, you have 7 days to cancel the order and return it for a refund. All sealed & non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fee.
    If any returned items are not defective and the packaging HAS been opened a 25% restocking fee will apply.
