Pick up only.   Item is near Bloomsburg, PA.  This machine NEEDS WORK.  I have the keys and the owners manual. The screen does not turn on.  I don't know anything about arcade games besides how to play them, but I would guess it needs a picture tube or new monitor.   When you plug the game in, you can hear the sounds, drive the car and feel the wheel rattle when you are off the road, you just can't see anything.  The start button does not respond but the gear shifter, steering wheel, gas and brake all do.  It is set up to be coin operated or open the door and push the lever a few times to give yourself credits.  Please contact me with questions.  I will do my best to answer them.  You will be buying this is "AS IS" condition.  Thanks
