Synthetic Wicker

Tortuga’s stain-resistant synthetic wicker is regularly subjected to "accelerated weather testing". The superior wicker quality is achieved by the inclusion of "Chemissorb" and "Tinuvin" U-V Stabilizers manufactured by CIBA-GEIGY. The 3-YEAR WARRANTY covers the synthetic wicker strands against: cracking, splitting and unraveling under normal usage conditions.

Tables and Glass

To avoid breaking the glass, do not place heavy objects, sit, lean, or stand on the table. Clean with a standard glass cleaner. Hot water must NOT be used on the table glass. All Table glass is TEMPERED so it can be many times stronger than ordinary glass. Also for safety reasons, if the tempered glass is cracked, it should safely shatter into small pieces. Acts of nature, dropping items onto the table, or improper usage voids the warranties. Consult your home and contents INSURANCE POLICY, to make sure that outdoor furniture can be covered under the home’s contents. DO NOT reposition the table by dragging it! Tables larger than 100cm in width or length should have TWO people move it.

Warranty

Tortuga Brand outdoor furniture frames and tables are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 2 years in a residential application and 1 year in a commercial application.  Tortuga Brand outdoor cushions and pillows are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions for 30 days.

All orders ships directly to you from the manufacturers warehouse in Georgia. Most items are shipped via common carrier with a lift gate. A signature is required to confirm receipt. FREE SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS USA ONLY. Please contact us for shipping rates to Canada, AK and HI.

Timing:

Items without cushions are shipped within 48 hours of payment.
Items that include cushions are shipped in 3-5 business days of payment to allow for packaging of custom cushions. This set is shipped via common carrier freight. Please allow 6 – 10 days for ground transportation to your location.

Notification of shipping damage:

Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Please note and document any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt, and specify if any cartons are crushed, ripped or open. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please see our Warranty Policies for details.
