Sunbrella is considered to be the "gold-standard" in outdoor fabric applications due to its stain resistance, durability, and water repelling properties. However, Sunbrella fabrics should be cleaned regularly, and any spills should be treated quickly to prevent them from setting in. On-going maintenance prevents the need for more vigorous cleanings.

PVC wicker and rattan along with poly resin furniture is growing in popularity. It is attractive to many busy home owners for many reasons. One of those reasons is it being a low maintenance product. PVC wicker, as well as poly resin, is plastic and therefore water and dirt resistant. Warranty

Caluco proudly offers industry-leading warranties on everything they sell. Aluminum frames carry a 15-year limited warranty. Teak and woven resin have a 3-year limited warranty. Cushions have a 1-year limited warranty. Sunbrella cushion covers holds a 1-year limited warranty as well.

Fast Efficient & Careful Shipping

Shipping method:

Caluco ships all orders directly to you from our Southern California warehouse. Most items are shipped via common carrier with a lift gate. A signature is required to confirm receipt.

A valid Phone number will be required for Delivery

Timing:

Items without cushions are shipped within 48 hours of payment.
Items that include cushions are shipped within 14 business days of payment to allow for manufacturing of custom cushions.
Please allow 5 – 7 days for ground transportation to your location.

Rush delivery is available for an extra charge. Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock, occasionally items will be back-ordered. We will notify you of any shipping delays.

Packaging & pre-shipping inspection:

We carefully inspect, protectively wrap, and hand-pack all furniture at our warehouse before shipping. Most items will arrive in boxes pre-assembled in protective wrapping. Some items such as tables and teak furniture may require assembly; these items include hardware and instructions.

Notification of shipping damage:

We have less than 0.5% freight damage thanks to our meticulous packaging protocols, however, there may occasionally be accidental damage. Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Please note and document any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt, and specify if any cartons are crushed, ripped or open. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please see our Warranty Policies for details.
