  • Volume 1 is the 10th printing in Sept 1922
  • Volume 2 is the 6th printing in Aug 1922
  • Volume 3 is the 3rd printing in Sept 1922

All previous printings for these volumes were all in 1922 by G.P. Putnam's Sons.

The books have some handling wear.  The binding cover on volume one is a loose from the bound pages so it gaps out when opened.

Shipping is based on 12 pounds.  USPS large box flat rate is available.
