This 2.3 acre parcel of land is designated as lot 79 Block 3 Hidden Valley Area of Flint Ridge Resort in NE Oklahoma roughly 50 miles east of Tulsa and about 10 miles W of the Arkansas state line. The Missouri state line is about 25 miles north. This property fronts on a maintained road and is at the end of the road for greater seclusion. It is located on Peaceful Ridge Drive off of Hidden Valley Drive. There are neighbors to the right. Telephone, electricity and central water are provided to this property. All that is needed for a residence is a septic system. This property is scenic and heavily wooded. This area of Oklahoma is considered part of the foothills of the Ozark Mountains with beautiful hills, mountains and rivers for recreation. It is a sparsely populated area which adds to its natural appeal. This resort has a very "country" feel because the lots are all large and there are a lot of trees which hide many of the homes from view.
