This is not the Chinese copy version that other people are selling.  I bought this set brand new from Beachbody, the group that sells the original version.  I even left the original receipt in the box from when i bought it.  I have used the 12 DVD's and no longer need them since I pretty much know the program in my head now.  I have also flipped through the fitness guide.  Besides that the rest of the stuff hasn't been touched.  The whole set is in almost perfect condition.  This is what you get:

1. Nutrition Plan (eating for power performance) - This is a fantastic guide if you followed this alone and didn't even work out at all you would get into great shape!

2. Fitness Guide (extreme training system) - This guide helps you decide how far you want to go with working out.  This also explains each exercise in detail and gives you a bunch of extra workouts and warm up ideas.

3. Quick start guide - This is just a quick overview and points out to some suppliments that may help you as well.

4. Tracking Calander - brand new calander that hasn't been used so you can track your achievements as you work through this program.

I paid just under $150 for this kit (as you can see from my reciept in the box.) This program worked very well for myself I lost over 40 pounds and am in the best shape of my life now.  Most importantly I gained the skills and knowledge to keep in great shape and now I am past the point where I don't need the video or guide help anymore.  It was a great kick in the but to get going and I recommend it to anyone that needs some kind of guide to get started.  If you follow it to the T you will have amazing resluts!
