Want a quick, easy, complete solution for replacing the factory radio?

This plug and play interface will allow the retention of OnStar WITHOUT the Bose amplifier in many GMLAN equipped vehicles. Door chimes, audible blinker indication and Rear Park Assist (RPA) if equipped are also retained.

Features:

• Provides +12v switched accessory output. No more searching for switched +12v in fuse box or kick panel.
• OnStar volume control via factory steering wheel audio controls on Premium Bose vehicles.
• Steering wheel radio control wire output; can be used with SWI-X SWI-ALP SWI-ECL SWI-PS (not included but available in my other auctions) to control most new aftermarket radios. No need to hunt the steering wheel column to find wires.
• New radio will operate with the vehicle RAP (Retained Accessory Power) system. The radio will stay on after the key is turned off and stays on for approximately 10 minutes or until the drivers door is opened.
• Retains warning chimes and turn signal clicks with included chime module.
• Retains Rear Seat Audio headphone jacks when using Dual Zone replacement radios. Alpine and Kenwood have compatible models out.
• Built in Smart Mute Circuitry will play OnStar through the front speakers while muting the radio.
• Includes new style GM antenna adaptor.

FITMENT AND WHAT IT WON'T DO:

• The OS-3 does NOT retain the factory SAT receiver if equipped. You will lose the SAT option.
• If you are not retaining OnStar use the PAC C2R-GM29 instead of the OS-3
• Replacement radio not included.

Upon receipt of alleged defective that we find to be defective a new unit will be shipped using usps ground service. Normal processing takes 1-2 days before shipment is made. No shipping refunds.
• Purchase, install and use at your own, others, vehicle and equipment risk. We cannot control incorrect connections made to your vehicle. If unsure at your cost have a professional car audio installer perform this install for you.
