Product Description:

• The upac-gmc2 adapter is a iPod and auxiliary input adapter with HD Radio (uPAC-HDRT) option.

• Ipod can be controlled from factory radio or ipod.

• uPAC-HDRT is not included in this auction but is available in our ebay store, we do combine shipping. Click HERE 

• The 2 inputs will support the following combinations: iPod/Auxiliary, iPod/HD Radio (HD Radio) or Auxiliary/HD Radio.

• 6' foot auxiliary input cable 3.5mm & RCA 1/8" female included that connects to either the earbud port or 1/8" rca male from your audio device. NOTE: the 3.5mm earbud connection is a 90 degree. All gold plated ends.

• 6' foot ipod bottom connection cable included for digital sound, will also charge the ipod.

• The uPAC-GMC2 works with 6-disc CD changer radios, navigation radios, and factory dvd systems. If the factory SAT tuner is installed, it will continue to operate as well.

• Vehicle connection harness included free, connects behind factory radio.

If considering the uPAC-HDRT HD Radio optional add-on: The uPAC-HDRT receives analog and digital HD Radio stations. The HD Radio digital tuner provides crystal clear static-free AM and FM reception and expanded content with exciting new formats on FM HD2 multicast stations, all with no subscription fees. Requires a uPAC vehicle specific interface.

Not compatible in vehicles equipped with the factory "Monsoon" system.

Some radios may have an inactive satellite radio port if it was not equipped from the factory with a satellite radio tuner. Contact your dealer to activate this port so the uPAC-GMC2 can be used.

Some of the newer iPODS require an additional cable for charging due to the change from 12 volt to 5 volt. We have this cable, email if you want it added.

Removal, tampering with, destroying the dated warranty tag voids return. Opening product case voids return. Item must be returned as received in brand new condition including all cabling, packaging, paper work not tore-cut up. No shipping refunds.
• 3 YEAR exclusive exchange warranty covered by specialtyelectronics not the manufacture included to the original buyer. Upon receipt of alleged defective that we find to be defective a new unit will be shipped using usps ground service. Normal processing takes 1-2 days before shipment is made. No shipping refunds.
