Return, Warranty, Disclaimer and Legal Stuff

• All sales are final, no returns, no refunds after 30 days from date of purchase. Item can be returned for normal use; abuse or deliberate physical and or electronic damage will void return. Removal, tampering with, destroying the dated warranty tag voids return. Opening product case voids return. Item must be returned as received in brand new condition including all cabling, packaging, paper work not tore-cut up. No shipping refunds.
• 3 YEAR exclusive exchange warranty covered by specialtyelectronics not the manufacture included to the original buyer. Item will be warranted for normal use; abuse or deliberate physical and or electronic damage will void warranty. Removal, tampering with, destroying the dated warranty tag voids warranty. Opening product case voids warranty. Item must be returned as received including all cabling, packaging, paper work not tore up. Upon receipt of alleged defective that we find to be defective a new unit will be shipped using usps ground service. Normal processing takes 1-2 days before shipment is made. No shipping refunds.
• Purchase, install and use at your own, others, vehicle and equipment risk. We cannot control incorrect connections made to your vehicle. If unsure at your cost, have a professional car audio installer perform this install for you.
