  • Local Freight Terminal Pick-Up is NOT an available option if payment is made through Paypal or Credit Card.  We can ONLY ship to the address on the Transaction Detail page of your Paypal payment or the Billing Address of your Credit Card.  In addition, Optional Full Value Shipping Insurance is required on the shipment at additional cost on ALL equipment paid for with Paypal and Credit Card.


  • In-Home Delivery Service is available (at additional cost) within a 200-mile radius of New Haven, Connecticut.  Our In-Home Delivery Service includes: packing, delivery, unpacking, moving the machine into your home to your desired location, removing all packaging material, testing AND set up!

  • You may also elect to personally pick-up your purchase at one of our locations by appointment only.  We are conveniently located at 163 Boston Post Road in Orange, Connecticut (Exit 39B off I95).  A Minivan or Pick-Up Truck will accommodate most items.

 

  • If there is a date or timeframe by which you need the machine/item, please contact us prior to bidding/purchasing to determine if that DEADLINE can be accommodated and whether expedited shipping (which can be extremely expensive) will be required.
