- Purchases paid for with Paypal can ONLY be shipped to the address listed on the Transaction Detail Page of the Paypal payment. We cannot ship to a Freight Terminal for Pick-up on Paypal payments.
- MasterCard/VISA/Discover payments can only be shipped to the Billing address for the Credit Card - no Local Freight Terminal pick-ups with these payment methods. The following steps are REQUIRED on ALL Credit Card transactions: We will fax or email you the Credit Card Sales Draft - whichever you prefer. You will need to sign the Credit Card receipt, scan/email or fax it back to us along with a photocopy, front & back of the Credit Card and a Photo ID such as a Driver's License - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Connecticut residents will be subject to local Sales Tax of 6%; Massachusetts residents, 5% and New York residents as per the Community Code Book. In these cases, the tax amount is based on where the Customer takes POSSESSION of the item.
- The machine can GENERALLY be shipped via Common Carrier within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48) for between $200.00 - $450.00 depending on Zip Code and service level - we will pass along our substantial discount! PLEASE EMAIL FOR QUOTE TO YOUR ZIP CODE PRIOR TO BIDDING/PURCHASING.
- Local Freight Terminal Pick-Up is NOT an available option if payment is made through Paypal or Credit Card. We can ONLY ship to the address on the Transaction Detail page of your Paypal payment or the Billing Address of your Credit Card. In addition, Optional Full Value Shipping Insurance is required on the shipment at additional cost on ALL equipment paid for with Paypal and Credit Card.
- In-Home Delivery Service is available (at additional cost) within a 200-mile radius of New Haven, Connecticut. Our In-Home Delivery Service includes: packing, delivery, unpacking, moving the machine into your home to your desired location, removing all packaging material, testing AND set up!
- You may also elect to personally pick-up your purchase at one of our locations by appointment only. We are conveniently located at 163 Boston Post Road in Orange, Connecticut (Exit 39B off I95). A Minivan or Pick-Up Truck will accommodate most items.
- If there is a date or timeframe by which you need the machine/item, please contact us prior to bidding/purchasing to determine if that DEADLINE can be accommodated and whether expedited shipping (which can be extremely expensive) will be required.
- A $75.00 Crating Fee applies to all standard size upright arcade machines and pinball machines other than Brand New in the box. $150.00 Crating Fee applies to larger machines such as Bowlers, Sit- Down machines, Dance machines, Deluxe model machines and others. Please email prior to bidding/purchasing to determine the Crating Fee that applies.
