• Games Delivered in West Michigan
  Beginning, Sept 1, 2008, We offer a 1 YEAR warranty on any NEW machine. The warranty is very simple: If anything goes wrong with your machine, we will fix it at no charge, excluding light bulbs, because they will wear out over time.

• Games Delivered Outside of West Michigan
  We partner with North American Van Lines and your arcade game is treated like a piece of furniture.  Beginning, Sept 1, 2008, We offer a 1 YEAR warranty on any game. The warranty is very simple: If anything goes wrong with your machine, we replace parts at no charge, excluding light bulbs, because they will wear out over time.

Games Shipped via Common Carrier:
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the game for visual damage, upon delivery, before signing the freight receipt. We highly recommend opening the package before signing the receipt. Once the receipt has been signed, claims will not be granted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
