Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods - Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in their original and unopened packaging and condition complete with all labels and instructions, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.
Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event of any item being faulty we will either refund in full, or replace free of charge (subject to stock availability). Please email the details to tullabeg.toys@btinternet.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. |
